Public notes
The Sheriff says incident/offense reports cannot be mailed or faxed under its published filer-copy procedure. The office maintains warrants in its records-management system, but active, sealed, juvenile, victim and investigative information may be restricted. Montgomery Police Department records belong to the City, not the Sheriff.
