Public notes
The February 2026 form implements Alabama Act 2024-278, requires Alabama residency certification and mandatory date ranges and says an ID copy may be required. It states 10-day acknowledgement, standard-response and time-intensive timelines. Fees may apply even when no responsive record is found or material is later deemed exempt.
