Public notes
The Communications District states it retains public records for three years. Public audio must be picked up with ID and is released only to the caller absent a subpoena; transcripts may take up to 15 business days. Mobile County EMS dispatches fire departments and provides ambulance service outside Mobile city limits, creating important jurisdictional custody splits.
