Use Just One Look for eligible electronically imaged trial-court records. Contact the Circuit Clerk's office for copies, certifications and files unavailable online, routing requests to the appropriate Civil, Criminal, Domestic, Child Support, Traffic, Juvenile or Warrant division.
Use the official online property search and GIS for parcel, ownership, valuation and deed-reference research. Contact Revenue Commissioner Sharon B. Hilbish for certifications, assessments, business personal property, manufactured homes, tax payments, liens, auctions, redemptions and unavailable or bulk data.
Search the School Board page for meeting schedules, policies and posted minutes first. Contact the central office for agendas, finance, contracts, procurement, personnel records and aggregate student data not online; ask for the designated public-records custodian.
Route municipal records to Dayton, Demopolis, Faunsdale, Linden, Myrtlewood, Providence, Sweet Water or Thomaston. Police, municipal courts, utilities, water systems, planning departments and appointed boards may keep separate records.
