Search the Board page for agendas, minutes and policies before contacting the Superintendent's Office for personnel, financial, contract or other non-posted district records.
Route requests to the clerk or designated custodian of Ariton, Clayhatchee, Daleville, Dothan, Enterprise, Grimes, Level Plains, Midland City, Napier Field, Newton, Ozark or Pinckard. Police, utilities, schools and authorities may keep separate records.
Contact Registrars for voter-registration and voter-roll records, Probate for election administration, and Circuit Clerk Delores Woodham for absentee-election records.
Contact EMA for emergency plans and disaster records. Route addressing, E911-board, CAD, dispatch-audio and call records to the Dale County, Daleville or Enterprise communications district or the originating public-safety agency according to custody.
Use the official Coroner page for autopsy, toxicology or coroner-report requests. Obtain certified death certificates from the Dale County Health Department or Alabama Vital Statistics rather than the Coroner.
